Roads Home Realty started in 2014 by Broker Owner Daryoush Fanaian and his wife and partner Ann Hoff-Fanaian. Daryoush has been serving home owners and home buyers, following market trends, and assaying and breaking down home values for almost 20 years (since 2004) in the Central Florida area.

During these times you want to make sure you keep a tab on what the value of your home is. Real Estate websites give that service but these are logarithm generated values, they could be off by thousands of dollars. We have done tens of thousands of home valuations in Central Florida. You want an expert on your side.
- New Homes: If you are looking for a new home we advise you to visit with a consultant on your side. Someone who is knowledgeable about Real Estate and who knows the ins and outs of buying a home from a builder. Be represented by an advocate who will have your interests in mind.
